Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, should an item not be in stock we will notify you. If your order is required urgently, please contact us and we will do what we can to help. 


Free postage for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 postage & packaging is charged at £2.95 for all UK orders. UK Orders over £100 are sent 2nd class Royal Mail by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. Orders below £100 will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Proof of posting will be obtained. If for any reason your parcel is lost in the post, we will do what we can to help you however we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. 

European postage & packaging is charged at £6 and for worldwide it is £11. Items will be sent Royal Mail International airmail. A delivery time cannot be specified for airmail items If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment.Whether any charges are payable will depend on the package value and where it is being delivered to. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely in different countries. Any additional customs charges must be settled by the customer.

Your order will be delivered to the address you have provided at the point of order. If you are paying by PAYPAL please ensure the address you have listing in your PAYPAL account is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address supplied by you. Postage charges cannot be refunded

However many deliveries your order is sent in, you will only be charged postage once.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange any item please return to us within 14 days. Please contact us in the first instance to advise that you wish to return an item. Goods must be unworn and in their original packaging with tags.

When sending a return please make sure that you send it registered post or obtain proof of posting as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. If you return your purchase you are responsible for the postal costs incurred. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Only when the item/s have been recieved will a refund be issued.
Items should be returned to Raspberry Red, 2 Manor House Drive, Ascot, Berkshire SL5 7LL. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements and are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive
